Packaging can be adjusted per customer request. Example: If you want all wings or drumsticks in one pack, we can do that.

We do not sell whole birds without an order.

We will have pick up dates for your orders, these birds will be fresh and never frozen. You will pay your remaining balance at pick up since we won’t have a final weight until then. Your order and deposit will be submitted, we will order/raise the bird, and you will pick up on processing day 7-8 weeks later. This is beneficial for us as freezer space is a struggle at times and for our customers it allows you to plan on your order and split your payment up.

We typically plan to have birds on the ground starting in April of each year. Our first batch orders will need to be completed by the end of March to allow for shipping.
